For over 20 years, This Is Us star Mandy Moore has been filming blockbusters, heartfelt rom-coms, dramas, plus recording music. And for the majority of that time, she’s had her nanny Celina right by her side as a friend and confidant. Mandy met Celina when she was just 15 years old and first starting out in the business. Celina worked with one of Mandy’s managers at that time, and soon after became a pivotal person in her life. But now, on the new season premiere of Celebrity IOU, Mandy Moore is gifting Celina with the ultimate “thank you”—a new backyard.
“She’s become closer than family. She’s seen me through every ebb and flow of my life and career, and she’s just been this sort of constant in my life,” says Mandy.
Celina (who they call Cece) has such a big heart and has given so much to everyone around her, and Mandy wants to show her how grateful she is to have her by her side. Celina’s backyard is a special gathering place for her and her loved ones. It’s where they eat family meals, share stories, host parties, play music, and make new memories. But her space didn’t feel like her, and Cece had been wanting to renovate it for a while. There weren’t many seating options, the outdoor refrigerator didn’t work, and she really wanted an outdoor kitchen for the big meals she cooks for family. So, Drew, Jonathan, and Mandy got to work gifting Cece with the outdoor space she’s always wanted.

A Beautiful Place to Dine and Cook
This gorgeous outdoor fire table is nestled between two seating areas, separating the kitchen and dining space from the lounging spots. The backyard kitchen now has everything Celina needs to cook for her family and host her famous dinner parties.
A New Space to Chill
This luxe lounge is the perfect place for family and friends to cozy up all season long. (Even on chilly nights for s’mores!) The plush outdoor sofa and chairs make for a comfortable place to unwind and relax, and they even added a TV and media space for any outdoor movie nights or big games they want to watch together.

The outdoor kitchen includes a chic setup that has all the bells and whistles Celina needs to cook for family and friends. It includes a large six-burner grill, sturdy dolomite countertops, a convenient fridge, as well as all the cookware fixings.
Dining In Style and Comfort
With plenty of room to gather around the table, the dining area is the perfect setup for large family gatherings. Above, a steel pergola with remote-controlled louvers can let light in when it’s sunny and warm, and close whenever the weather isn’t cooperating.
