TWO HOLES IN ONE
Justin was familiar with of our well-known slogans: What’s the point of relaxing if you can’t have your own putting green? (OK, we don’t actually say that, but we probably should.) When Mat doesn’t feel like taking a soak, he and the kids can work on their putting strokes on this custom green.
GRILLMASTER GENERAL
Giving Mat an awesome outdoor space meant giving Mat an awesome outdoor grill, complete with pizza oven. Drew didn’t make it easy on us: he somehow managed to break the tile on this 900-pound gorilla as we were lifting it (he claims it was his superhuman strength), but thankfully we were able to repair it. We also managed to fit in a special order from Justin: the bar that Mat has been trying to figure out where to put for years.
FROM CESSPOOL TO SUCCESS-POOL
Mat’s existing pool had a lot of dated, damaged tile and a hot tub that needed a lot of love. Once we ensured the pool itself was safe and structurally sound, we got to work installing a new, retro-modern blue tile that would show off the shimmering water and create an instant magnet for Mat’s friends and family.
